Shipping and delivery

We accept orders from all over the world. However we will not be responsible for any custom duty, tax and other applicable charges in the buyers country of delivery. Buyers are advised to check with their countries rules and regulation about custom duty and other applicable charges.

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (AEST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

Order should arrive 3-10 business days after shipment by Australia Post. 

International Courier Express will take 3-10 business days for delivery after shipment.


Every order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving the confirmed payment. However, we try our best to ship within 24 hrs. For custom design orders, the time of shipping and handling is subject to time taken by crafts people to finish the products.

Time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. However, every reasonable effort shall be made to keep the delivery date.

We shall endeavour to deliver the goods within the specified time from receiving your order (subject to availability) and every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any estimated delivery date given. If we are unable to do this, then you will be informed of a new delivery date.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you an exchange or accept your timely return of unworn and unwashed defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee upto 20% may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. 

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

It is your responsibility to make sure that any products returned are adequately packaged and received by us/our supplier in reasonable condition. You shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to return goods where such damage has been caused by your negligent or faulty packing.

Proof of delivery should be retained and made available by you for any such returns made by you should we or our supplier requests it.

A restocking fee of up to 20% could be charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective. The restocking fee is non-negotiable.
